Q. What is your Return Policy?
A. We will issue refunds or exchanges within 14 days of your purchase when presented with both the item and the receipt. We prefer to issue a merchandise credit, but will also refund in the form paid (cash,check, bankcard credit) upon request. We may issue check refunds only after the payment check has cleared our account. We do not accept returns of discounted closeouts or seasonally themed items (Fall, Christmas, Valentines, Easter, Halloween, and 4th of July).
Q. What are the store hours?
A. Regular store hours are 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday, closed Sunday.
Q. Do you have gift certificates?
A. Gift certificates in any denomination are available.
Q. Do you do holds on items?
A. We do not hold items.
Q. Do you deliver?
A. We do not deliver.
Q. What is your will call policy?
A. After you have made a purchase we will hold an item for up to 10 days for you to pickup.
Q. Which credit cards do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.
Q. Do you accept debit cards?
A. We do accept check cards but not debit / ATM which can only be used with a pin number.
